Fitness Tennis

Fitness tennis has become a worldwide, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of ALL abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout.  Fitness tennis includes a warmup, cardio workout, and group games.  This program will elevate a person's heart rate into the aerobic zone.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!  The instructor will accommodate all ability levels, this includes beginners!  New and previous participants will walk away with increased knowledge of the game of tennis.  If you are looking for a great way to get in shape and to burn 600+ calories in 45 minutes, you must try Cardio Tennis.

Cardio Tennis Sessions for 2018:  Cost for each session is $50 per individual; $90 if two people sign up together and pay 1st night at courts!

Spring Session:  Mon/Wed April 30-May 23; 6-6:45 PM  West HS courts

Summer Session:

  • Mondays June 4-July 30; 6:15-7PM  West HS courts


  •  Thursdays June 7-Aug 2; 7:15-8 PM  West HS courts

*You sign up for either Mondays or Thursdays (or both!). You can always go twice in one week if you know youÃ??Ã?¢??ll miss your usual night!  No class week of July 4. Your fee covers 8 nights so come and go as your schedule allows!
